About Our Team

The backbone of our operation.

We feel that the most important asset of our business is our employees and their ability to satisfy our customers’ automotive service and repair needs. We work hard to provide an enjoyable working atmosphere and pay our Technicians fair wages. We want their number one focus to be on fixing our customers’ vehicles, taking the time that is needed to do the job right, the first time.

In addition, our knowledgeable and friendly service manager is always ready and quick to help our customers. It is a team effort, and we appreciate the contribution made by each member of our staff.

Clint Giles
Manager
Clint has been with our team since 1995, and has been a key part in building Beech Motorworks. He brings over 20 years experience in the automotive industry and is respected by many industry individuals. Spending time with his two children, and working around the house that he shares with his girlfriend are some of his greatest joys. Clint also enjoys golfing, hockey, tending to their horses and spending time at the nearby race track.

Tina brings a unique warmth to our company since she joined our team in 2006. She has been in the industry for over 17 years, and is very knowledgable in the various facets of the automotive business. Tina has a passion music and creative crafts. Busy with her two children, and her husband, Tina is always a person on the go.

Jim Green
Class A and ASE Certified Technician

Jim has been part of building our team since the early days in 1994. He is extremely knowlegable on all vehicles, and a familiar face to many of our clients. To Jim, the automotive industry is not just a job, but also a passion. With his wife and two children, Jim enjoys his home time by spending it playing billiards, and building and developing his passion for audio / video entertainment.

Jeff Hunt
Class A and ASE Certified Technician

Jeff has also been a part of building our team early on, since 1992. Jeff is maticulous in his craft, and every job he approaches. Jeff is actively involved in the community by being president of his local Royal Canadian Legion. On his off time he enjoys spending it with his wife and two children. Geocaching with his family, and playing competitive darts will always put a smile on his face.

Josh Kinsman

Since the year 2000, Josh has been a valuable part of our team. Josh is extremely creative when fabricating necessary parts for a vehicle, and has a passion for detail. An active outdoors man, Josh enjoys anytime he can get out canoeing, camping or working outside. With his young son, and his wife, Josh enjoys anytime he can spend with them, and they are all actively involved in their local church.

Justin Lepage
3rd Year Apprentice Technician
Being a part of Beech Motorworks since 2005, Justin is a 3rd year apprentice, and soon to be Class A certified. Justin has a passion for football, and staying physically fit by going to the gym and enjoying the 101 waterfalls in the Hamilton area. He also supports our local Tiger Cat football team with season tickets.

Justin Macniven
3rd Year Apprentice Technician
Justin joined our team in 2005. His attention to detail on his own vehicles is carried through to the vehicles he works on. Justin enjoys his off time by reading, listening to his extensive music library and playing video games.

Jason Hunt
1st Year Apprentice Technician
Jason recently joined our team in 2009. He brings a unique spirit to Beech Motorworks. Away from work, Jason enjoys skateboarding, movies and spending time outside with his friends. He is an active member in our community, coaching with the Hamilton Minor Football Association.

Cavan Cook
1st Year Apprentice Technician
Cavan started with Beech Motorworks in 2010. Starting his carreer with us, we look forward to him advancing and becoming a Class A Technician. Cavan also enjoys spending time on his ATV outside, tinkering with his truck and playing guitar.

Charlie Scime

Since 2003, Charlie has been one of our drivers. Charlie was an employee at Stelco for a number of years, and prior to that played professional football. He has a passion for his vehicles, maintaining them in detail as a hobby. Charlie spends his free time with his loving family and his closest friends.

Joe Hinca

Joe has been with our team since 1999. He is a retired Stelco employee, and now enjoys anytime he can get with his family. When he is not with his family, you can find him trying his luck at one of our area casinos.
