I moved to Hamilton in May immediately after purchasing a used vehicle (2001 Volkswagen Jetta). Within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle, it died three times for no apparent reason and I googled repair shops in Hamilton, stumbling across Beech Motorworks.The customer service was exceptional and the staff made the experience as smooth as possible. Their shuttle service got me to and from work on time while my vehicle was in the shop and their rewards program with 24hr roadside assistance took away the worry of my car dying again (and being stranded somewhere).The cost of my major repairs was reasonable and the staff carefully explained everything to me. I had a fantastic time at their Ladies' Car Clinic and have stopped in a few times to fill and patch my tires, which they did with no hesitation.I definitely felt welcome as a first-time car owner at Beech Motorworks and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

Obviously different mechanics will have different opinions but clearly Beech Motorworks mechanics are honest.

I have been a client of Beech Motorworks for over 10 years now and have never been disappointed in anything they have done. The entire staff from the manager's office to the shop floor mechanics have always done more than what was required to make sure each and every visit was enjoyable. All of my questions were answered, my concerns were addressed and I was treated with respect, not as 'just another customer'.
