Our brakes needed to be replaced so we decided to check out Beech Motorworks because they had come highly recommended. We dropped off the van and were driven home in their Customer Courtesy Shuttle. The job was assessed quickly and the repairs done inside of a day. As they needed the van overnight, they even offered to get us a rental car (who does that?). We were picked up by their driver in the morning and we drove home in a sparkling clean van that drives like new. Thank you Beech!!

I moved to Hamilton in May immediately after purchasing a used vehicle (2001 Volkswagen Jetta). Within the first few weeks of owning the vehicle, it died three times for no apparent reason and I googled repair shops in Hamilton, stumbling across Beech Motorworks.The customer service was exceptional and the staff made the experience as smooth as possible. Their shuttle service got me to and from work on time while my vehicle was in the shop and their rewards program with 24hr roadside assistance took away the worry of my car dying again (and being stranded somewhere).The cost of my major repairs was reasonable and the staff carefully explained everything to me. I had a fantastic time at their Ladies' Car Clinic and have stopped in a few times to fill and patch my tires, which they did with no hesitation.I definitely felt welcome as a first-time car owner at Beech Motorworks and would highly recommend them to anyone else!
