They got a proper replacement battery and had it installed the same day, with out an appointment. I am very pleased with the service and the dollar value was good as well.

I appreciate that I am treated like a somebody. They remember my name when I walk in the door and take care of me. I recently had an emergency just prior to embarking on a long trip to the States. My coolant light came on and I didn't have time for a complete service. They topped me up and checked all of my fluid levels. I was out of there within 5 minutes and they didn't charge me. They knew I would be back and they were right. I booked and received a tuneup within 5 days of getting back to Ontario. No question.....I wouldn't take my car to any other service centre.
