HAMILTON AUTO REPAIR

Well first of all I just read the last post don't know who the hell he is but I have been dealing with Beech Motorworks for some time now about 4 or 5 yrs . I use to service my truck at the dealer only to find out it was not being done properly and issues were still there, and some other garages I have tried but since I been dealing with Beech Motorworks I found no need to go any where else. The staff is friendly and treat me excellent and always get my truck in and repaired in a timely matter, I always see their lot full of vehicles for repair. The old saying you get what you pay for so if you want a cheap fix go to the dealer or corner garage, if you want quality job done right go to Beech MotorWorks. So other then I should have bought shares in Company I am there so much, I will leave it at that and sorry I took so long to fill out the review. Thanks Jamie

Wonderful Experience at Beech Motorworks located on 1259 Upper James Street. Dealt with staff members: Steve, Andrew, and Jeff, to get my snow tires swapped. I was waiting at a different dealership on Upper James strip to get this simple work done, but had to leave my car, and wait for two days just to find out they hadn't even gotten to my vehicle yet even after I specifically booked an appointment to get it done. Called Beech Motorworks and they sure made me feel like they cared for my business and they were very accommodating with what I needed. They booked me in right away, and put my frustrating day at ease. This might have been a simple job, but they have earned my future business and I look forward to bring more business to them with my other vehicles. Great customer service is listening to your customers, and realizing everyone's time is valuable. That's what you have done, and I appreciate it. Steve and Andrew sure made me feel comfortable to leave my car there, and after inspection was done, they sent a detailed report to let me know what they have found. Overall, wonderful experience at Beech Motorworks.

The customer service is great! Matt and all the other technicians not only helped us with our cars problem they also detail the car as well before returning it to us. Service is great I 100% recommend it!!

First time bringing my Corvette to Beech on a recommendation...the experience was outstanding. Exceptional service right from making the appointment... to the technician giving my vehicle the utmost attention to resolve my issue. Great people and honest mechanics. I have been there few times and the service and quality they deliver is amazing. I would defiantly go there for my car services and I would recommenced these guys for every one. keep up the good work.

Recently had my 2016 in for a Check of Tires. 10/10 service ,professional, very honest.Thank you to Justin for ensuring everything was 100% before I got back into the drivers seat! My family has been taking their car here for yrs ,we are always treated like family!

Excellent service when I've had both cars in for new tires. Washed, cleaned and a follow up phone call. Everyone very courteous. My BMW is out of warranty so will be bringing it in for service.

Visited my favourite car place today. As always, staff are great. Tina booked me in and got Charlie to deliver me home. They found some repaire work requiring attention and called to advise within an hour of me being home. Also sent pic. Attention to detail is their thing. Their service is exceptional to anywhere out there these days. Complimentary detailing of car every time I go. Not sure who worked on my car, but thanks to all. A VERY satisfied customer.
