I am called for anything outside the planned service before it is done, with the work required and the cost. Then I'm called when my car is ready. This time I arrived to pick up my car to find that the cost was lower than I was advised. Thanks Beech!

Got me in and fixed my flat in no time....I was on my way in less than 40 minutes...had a cup of coffee and a stale cookie...oh, sorry, they call them a biscotti
