HAMILTON AUTO REPAIR

I first went to Beech Motorworks about a year ago when I ran into an emergency problem with my brakes. I think it was around Thanksgiving weekend, but they still managed to fit me in. Then recently when I needed a new headlight and there was something wrong with my windshield wipers, I just pulled into their parking lot on my lunch break and they came out and fixed the headlight. Normally you need an appointment, but they really went above and beyond to help me. I think Beech Motorworks is trustworthy. I feel like they're not just trying to sell me something. I'm newer to Hamilton, and I'd really recommend them because I had such a good experience. They have excellent customer service.

I had my vehicle etested. Being early for my appointment, they did it right away. Their reception area is clean, quiet, and comfortable. No pressure to do extra work on my vehicle.

Great all around experience

I've been going to Beech Motorworks for years. I mostly go there to have emissions tests done. They always do good work, get it done on time, and offer a good price. I haven't had any real issues over the years.

Beech Motorworks put a new set of tires on my vehicle. I needed additional assistance, so they explained and told me exactly what was wrong. I feel they really had my best interests in mind. They were efficient and had the work done in no time. They were knowledgeable, and their pricing was competitive. Everything has turned out wonderful so far!

Without an appointment I went into the shop complaining about a slow leak in my tire. Within 5 minutes they had taken my car to check the tires and then let me know that I had a nail (about l 1/2 inches) in my tire. I was back home within an hour of my visit. They let me know what they were doing with my car every step of the way. Wonderful customer service. This is what keeps me coming back to have my car serviced. I hope they never change.
